Painters district council 14

There will be a FINAL STAR prize pickup for the $100 winners on Sunday, October 18th from 8am to 10am at Painters District Council #14 located at 1456 West Adams Street, Chicago, IL 60607.

The list is enclosed for the $100 winners that have not picked up their card the first time.  

Rules still apply:

• The prize winner must pick up in person 
• No one else can pickup for them
• Must show a picture ID and working card
• Must wear a mask!

If you do not pickup your prize on October 18, 2020 you will LOSE IT!
