Join labor, community and religious allies from across Illinois at 11am on Wednesday, May 18th at 5th and Washington in Springfield. From there we will march to the Governor’s mansion and rally at the state capitol. This march and rally will focus on the following key issues:

• Fair budget now
• End the attacks on workers’ rights
• Save our state universities
• Fair contracts for state workers
• Restore human services funding
• Fair hours and pay for home and child care providers
• Protect prevailing wage and workers comp
• Make the wealthy and big corporations pay their fair share
