This class introduces mentors to skills that you can apply immediately on the job. The goal of this course is to help you develop a positive mentoring relationship with the apprentices, use strategies for effectively communicating knowledge and skills to apprentices, demonstrating new skills and giving feedback. PREREQUISITE - Must have a minimum of 400 working hours in the previous quarter (the office will verify this to confirm enrollment).
